I was thinking...I should start being practical. I know what I need to do, I know how to answer people's questions on diet/fitness, I know what is better for me...all I am missing is the action! I have to be realistic and honest. I have been saying this and that and not really doing much of anything myself.
So, now it's going to be all about action. What I plan on getting done the next day and what I actually get done. To the point and no more messing around for no reason. I am the only one standing in my way to success. My long time goal of being in good shape before 2011 is approaching its deadline and I have done almost nothing. But that's all about to change.
Tomorrow, depending on my mood, I will either run/jog 3 miles OR start (actually restart) INSANITY. For my diet, I will eat 3 well portioned meals, and two snacks. I will let no craving or anything or anyone become an excuse to do anything other than what I have planned! Also, no sugar at all (other than natural sugar, like fruits).
